Perimenopause & Menopause Care

Compassionate, Evidence-Based Care for Perimenopause & Menopause in Victoria, BC

Presented by Tamala Francis,
Founder & CEO at Francis & Co.

I’m Dr. Randi Brown, ND, MSCP.

I’ve dedicated my practice to supporting women throughout the reproductive lifespan, and I hold advanced training and certification in menopause care.

With my background in integrative medicine — nutrition, lifestyle, evidence-based supplementation, and pharmacotherapy when indicated — I help women navigate midlife with clarity and confidence.

You don’t have to “just put up with” your symptoms. You deserve care that honors your individual goals and empowers you with all the options available.

Comprehensive Menopause Care Tailored to You

Is Perimenopause or Menopause Affecting Your Life?

Hot flashes and night sweats

Difficulty sleeping

Changes in the menstrual cycle or bleeding

Mood swings, irritability, and anxiety

Brain fog and trouble concentrating

Vaginal dryness or discomfort with intimacy

Frequent urinary tract infections or urgency

Weight changes and metabolism shifts

Bone and heart health concerns after menopause

These changes are common — but you don’t have to suffer through them.

Together, we’ll find a plan that works for your body and your life.

My Approach to Midlife Care

Empowered

I provide comprehensive, integrative menopause care — including and beyond hormone therapy. Menopause care is so much more than just prescribing hormones. True midlife care means looking at the whole picture — sleep, mood, metabolism, bone health, heart health, sexual wellness, and quality of life. Hormone therapy can be one part of that plan, but it’s never the whole plan. In my approach, we weave together lifestyle strategies, nutrition, mind-body practices, and medical therapies when appropriate, creating care that reflects the complexity of this stage of life and your unique needs.

Evidence-Based

I bring advanced training: MSCP-certified + fellowship in menopause care.
Menopause is often overlooked in medical training. I’ve pursued advanced education in this area, including certification through the Menopause Society and fellowship training. This means I stay current with the latest science and have dedicated my work to supporting women through this stage of life. You’ll know you’re working with someone who has done the extra work to understand your needs.

Integrative

I emphasize shared decision-making — you’re in control of your health decisions.
Too often, women feel dismissed or pressured when it comes to their health choices. My role is to give you clear, evidence-based information and to listen to what matters most to you. Together, we’ll decide on a plan that fits your values and lifestyle. You’ll never feel like you’re being told what to do — instead, you’ll feel supported and empowered in making the choices that are right for you.

Compassionate

Care is compassionate, personalized, and rooted in the latest science.
Every woman’s menopause journey is different. Some struggle most with hot flashes, others with sleep, mood, or changes in intimacy. I take time to understand your unique experience and create a plan that addresses your whole health — body, mind, and quality of life. My goal is simple: to help you feel like yourself again, with compassionate care that blends heart and science.

Take the Next Step in Your Midlife Health

You don’t have to navigate perimenopause or menopause alone.

Together, we can create a personalized, integrative plan that addresses your symptoms, supports your overall health, and helps you feel like yourself again.
