True midlife care means looking at the whole picture — sleep, mood, metabolism, bone health, heart health, sexual wellness, and quality of life. Hormone therapy can be one part of that plan, but it’s never the whole plan. In my approach, we weave together lifestyle strategies, nutrition, mind-body practices, and medical therapies when appropriate, creating care that reflects the complexity of this stage of life and your unique needs.

Menopause is often overlooked in medical training. I’ve pursued advanced education in this area, including certification through the Menopause Society and fellowship training. This means I stay current with the latest science and have dedicated my work to supporting women through this stage of life.
